EXPORT PROGRAMS

For approximately 35 years, Mexico has developed special programs to promote the manufacture of products for exportation, with the purpose of generating foreign currency and creating jobs. Our Firm has been actively representing foreign companies in our country, obtaining authorizations on Mexican Export Programs such as IMMEX (“IN-BOND”), or what used to be known as the “maquiladora“ industry, that in general terms, allow duty free importation for manufacture and exportations.
