Our Firm has developed and exploited the versatility of the Mexican legal entity of trust, designing and structuring all kinds of fiduciary operations. This has allowed us to maintain permanent business with institutions providing fiduciary services, as well as to implement a good share of the trusts created by the Mexican Government for the development of national and international projects as well as for the acquisition of real property in the “restricted zone” which is 100 kilometers from the borders and 50 kilometers from the coasts for residential purposes.
